Jen Akob, C-IAYT, SYMT, E-RYT500, YACEP, Y4C

Hello! I am Jen Akob, C-IAYT, SYMT, E-RYT 500, YACEP, and Y4C. My yoga therapy sessions are centered around an individual's needs with an emphasis on stress reduction to help aid in the healing process. Prior to teaching yoga, I was a mental health counselor for 15 years. I utilize my counseling skills as well as a variety of other techniques such as myofascial release, energy healing, and mindfulness meditation.

Susan Albano, E-RYT500, C-IAYT

Susan began practicing Yoga in 1995. She instantly enjoyed the benefits to her mind, body, and breath.

In 2014, she obtained her 250-hour Yoga Certification from YogaLife Institute. In 2019 she acquired her 500 hours registering with Yoga Alliance. Her continuing education includes: Reiki Level II, Trauma & Addiction, Sound Therapy, Assisted Stretching, and Personal Training. . Susan received her Yoga Therapy Certification at Spanda Yoga Movement Therapy in 2020.

As a yoga therapist and yoga teacher I mainly work with adults and seniors who are interested in yoga for it’s many benefits including; balance, strength, flexibility, bone health, stress management, and a deeper understanding and connection to all layers of self.

Sarah K. Blunkosky M.A., E-RYT500, C-IAYT

Sarah Blunkosky serves caregivers, educators, and folks seeking healing tools in learning journeys. As an integrative education coach, yoga therapist, and academic historian, Sarah loves healing tools of research, writing, and wisdom of embodied movement and shares their wisdom in helping others. When she isn’t coaching, sharing yoga therapy, researching, homeschooling her kids, or playing, you can find her writing about healing learning challenges. Sarah co-authored a book on Virginia African-Abolitionists (expected publication in 2025).

Dr. Kimberlyn Cahill, dmol, C-IAYT, E-RYT-500, E-RYT-200, RPYT, YACEP

Kimberlyn serves as a Companion Guide for cultivating a life of joy, authenticity, and connection. With light-hearted humor, a positive attitude, and a smile, Kimberlyn fosters inspiration, self-discovery and transformation through Inspired Living somatic movement therapy and coaching. Kimberlyn believes life is an invitation to discover (remember!) one’s authentic self and to connect with others in community. Kimberlyn ‘s teaching emphasizes customization and adaptation, guiding students through life's shifts, moving toward hope, inspiration and joy.

Yufang Chien, MA, C-IAYT

YuFang is committed to facilitating individuals' healing journeys and helping them discover their inner voice. She blends scientific and philosophical approaches from yoga, Reiki, cognitive somatic emotional healing, and EFT tapping to address physical, mental, and emotional needs. Each yoga therapy session is tailored to uncover and tackle obstacles to health while exploring practices that enhance overall well-being. By fostering alignment and harmony, YuFang supports clients to connect deeply with themselves and cultivate a more balanced life.

Mary Duffy, M.A., C-IAYT

Mary Duffy graduated from the Spanda Yoga Movement Therapy program in 2020. She did her 500 hour yoga teacher training at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Mary also has a Master's in Dance Education from Temple University. As a dance educator, she worked for the Kardon Institute for Arts Therapy teaching mentally and physically disabled adults and children for over 25 years. Mary specializes in Prenatal Yoga, Mom and Infant Yoga, and Yoga for 40+ adults and seniors, especially women. As a yoga therapist and teacher, Mary honors the unique story, journey, and potential of her clients and students.

Kathleen Gagnon, C-IAYT, 500Hr Yoga Teacher, Soul Alchemist (Akashic Record), Sylvotherapy Therapist (shinrin yoku)

Kat is a Yoga Therapist, a Soul Care Coach, and a Forest Therapist.

As an intuitive, she uses her tools to guide others to strengthen their own intuition and lead a heart centred life. Kat will guide you to shine a light on the shadows. She is passionate about helping others find insight and perception into what would bring joy into their life!

Mikayla Morley C-IAYT, RSME, E-RYT500

My work encompasses support for the full spectrum of the human experience—including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. This could include support for conditions like osteoarthritis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, low back pain, hip pain, cancer recovery, osteoporosis, and more. I specialize in working with the pelvic floor, and integrating this key group of muscular support into everyday movements. And I see many clients who are prenatal and postpartum, supporting the full spectrum of journey through parenthood.

Nicole Montanarelli

Nicole is an E-RYT 500 hour yoga teacher and a YACEP 500. She holds a BS in Natural Health and Healing and is a Priest in the order of Melchizedek. Nicole is also a yoga therapist since 2019 from Spanda Yoga Therapy and has been practicing yoga since she was 15 years old. Nicole has always been called to serve. She loves to work with people to offer a better way of living for themselves and a healthier way to relate to the world around them. An avid practitioner of yoga and a voracious appetite for esoteric wisdom has led her on the path of a yoga teacher, reverend and wellness/ life coach. Offering yoga, spiritual counseling, natural health and healing, and yoga therapy, Nicole only wishes to assist you on your own healing journey. Wake up the healer within and Unite your mind, body and soul through yoga and ritual and lifestyle changes.

Mahesh Natarajan Ph.D. (c), M.S. (Ayu), C-IAYT, CMT

Mahesh Natarajan has a deep desire to facilitate healing for people through Yoga and has been practicing and teaching Yoga since the year 2000. His Yoga Therapy experience includes extensive work with chronic pain patients at integrative medicine clinics in California. Mahesh currently has a private clinical practice in California offering Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda and Massage Therapy.

Jessica Lynne Trese, C-IAYT & Authorized Ashtagna Teacher

Jessica is a devoted student of yoga. She has seen the powerfully healing impact yoga has had on her life and is passionate about sharing it with others in a way that is possible for them. In her teaching, Jessica uses gentle encouragement to guide students along a path of individualized healing self-discovery through yoga.

Jessica began teaching in the Tampa Bay area of Florida in 2007 where she returns regularly, and she currently teaches in the beautiful mountains of Cedar City, Utah.
